Our clients can choose the type of exercise they prefer and/or enjoy the relaxing and healing properties of a massage session. All our services are aimed at improving fitness and well-being; they do not cure medical conditions or chronic diseases. HARMOS SPA is not liable for any medical issue the client may experience.

Through our online store you can purchase services and products by selecting “Add to cart” and filling in the order form. During the purchase process you select the Payment method and proceed with the confirmation of your purchase. Upon completion of the process you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail with all the details of the purchase.

The customer is solely responsible for the correct entry of their Credit or Debit card details.

If you choose to pay the service at your place, your reservation is not guaranteed nor a complete confirmation (either by phone or mail) can be made for the time and date you have requested. The time, duration, and type of the service you have selected may change.

All payments are made through the secure environment of PAYPAL and STRIPE
Prices-Offers-Products
HARMOS Spa may discontinue or modify the services and their prices without notice. In any case, the client will be charged the amount indicated on their purchase, regardless of whether the price has changed by the date of delivery. The prices of the services are in Euros and include VAT (24%). The Euro is the exclusive currency for Harmos Spa’s transactions.
Market Modifications
In case you are not satisfied with the selection of a service during your purchase and you wish to modify it, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected] or call us on +306944475217. As far as the gift card is concerned, a service of a higher value than the amount indicated on the card can be selected by paying the difference. If the value of the gift card is not fully utilized the excess amount of money is not refundable to either the gift recipient or the issuer. A change of gift recipient can only be made with the consent of the issuer and after contacting them by phone and confirming the details of the new gift recipient and the new date of the service.

Acceptance: By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions.
Arrival
We always try to be at your place on time. Harmos Spa is not responsible for late arrival and start of your session because of wrong location or address given. In this case and as long as subsequent appointments are not affected, the therapist can make up for the lost time, otherwise the remaining time left will be kept without any reduction in the price of the service.
All treatments will end at the scheduled times out of respect to the next clients. Late arrivals may result in shortening the duration of the service without a corresponding reduction in price.
Rescheduling an appointment
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide us with a minimum of 4 hour notice. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate rescheduling requests with a shorter notice.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the appointment will receive a full refund or, if desired, a gift card code to use the full amount within 15 days.
- Cancellations made up to 12 hours before the appointment are entitled to a 50% refund of the booking cost or if the customer prefers a gift card code to use the full amount within 15 days.
- Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
In case of no-show or delay more than 30 minutes from the appointment time, you are not entitled to a gift card code or refund.
For reservations with Gift Vouchers, no refunds are made under any circumstances. Rescheduling of time and day of appointment can be made up to 6 hours.

Gift Card Terms:
- A gift card has the recipient’s name printed on it and cannot be redeemed without the presence of at least one of the two persons listed as recipients.
- Validity: 15 days without possibility of extension.
- In case of loss of the gift card code, we are not responsible for finding the code with any other details of either the recipient or the issuer.
- For gift vouchers, redemption is based on the current price list. Whereas for the suggested services of the gift cards the redemption is based on the cost of the particular service on the day the gift card was purchased.
- The appointment needs to be booked at least two days in advance.
- Gift cards can be used Monday-Sunday 09:00-22:00.
- There is no gift card expiration date notification.
- You can choose a service with a higher cost than the initial amount and be charged only the difference.
- It is necessary when booking the appointment by phone or message to indicate that it is a gift card redemption.
- In case of cancellation or transfer of a confirmed appointment please read the paragraph on booking terms and conditions.
- No refund is possible.
